- Referral earnings are processed within 30 days of your friend's project commencement — confirmed by a signed contract and initial advance payment.
Is there a cap on the number of referrals I can make?
- No limit at all. Refer as many as you like. From your third referral onward, you earn at the top rate of 1% on every project value.
How do I track my referral status?
- After submission you receive a reference number. You can call or WhatsApp us anytime to check progress. We also send you a confirmation once your friend's project commences.
What if my friend had already contacted Esteem Infra before?
- Referral credit applies when we have no active record. If the prior inquiry was more than 90 days ago and did not progress, your referral is considered valid.
Are there any deductions?
- The stated percentage is what you receive. TDS applies as per Indian tax law (typically 5% on amounts above ₹30,000 per year). We provide Form 16A for all payments.
