Our Story
Why We Started Esteem Infra
In 2010, our founder Suresh Patel was managing construction for a family friend. The experience — dealing with contractors who over-promised, under-delivered, and disappeared mid-project — made the problem obvious.
Homeowners were spending their life savings on construction projects they could not track, with people they could not hold accountable. The information asymmetry was complete. Homeowners had no way to verify quality, pricing, or progress.
Esteem Infra was built to close that gap. Every system we have — from itemized estimates to milestone payments to daily site reporting — exists to give homeowners the same visibility that any competent builder already has internally.
We do not think this is exceptional. We think it is how construction should work.
