Typically 10 to 14 months from foundation to handover, depending on plot size, design complexity, and local approvals. We provide a project-specific milestone schedule before you sign anything.

Payments follow a milestone schedule tied to completed construction stages — foundation, plinth, floors, roof, and finishing. You never pay for work not yet done. Each release requires your confirmation.

Yes. Our team coordinates with local authorities for plan sanction, BBMP / GHMC / CMDA approvals, and occupancy certificates. We handle the documentation; you receive updates at each stage.

Minor changes in early stages can be accommodated with documented cost adjustments agreed in writing. Major structural changes after foundation work are not recommended and may affect your timeline.

We provide a structural warranty covering defects in foundation, load-bearing walls, and roof. Specific terms and coverage periods are set out in the project agreement before work begins.
